In the role of Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging advertising concepts and graphics that bring the C Spire brand to life. This role demands someone who is creative, self-motivated and can manage projects from start to finish. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong partnerships with our Internal, Marketing, Business, Home and Wireless teams to build graphics that meet company goals and objectives.

The Wireless Marketing Specialist uses insights and data to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that achieve sales, retention, and other goals for the Wireless line of business. This includes identifying customer insights, managing the development of key messages, and measuring performance of marketing initiatives. This position collaborates closely with key stakeholders – including sales, creative, digital marketing and media, and research – to create and launch marketing programs. This position is also responsible, along with the other team members, to drive the C Spire brand forward, leveraging the company’s brand attributes. This position reports to the Manager, Marketing Strategy - Wireless.

The Project Manager, Marketing & Digital position manages and organizes all projects and marketing deliverables of the marketing team. Responsibilities include implementing the project management processes for the Marketing department and managing marketing projects to help drive the company’s strategic priorities and deliver results for both internal and external audiences across all lines of business.
The Project Manager, Marketing & Digital position manages the project portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and brand consistency across all projects and timelines. This position is responsible for understanding the needs of each project, prioritizing delivery dates, effectively communicating during each phase, scheduling post-mortems, reviewing data and analytics and coordinates the necessary tasks to other team members to successfully complete the project on time, on budget and delivering the required results.
The Project Manager, Marketing & Digital drives quarterly planning via the line of business marketing strategy owners. This includes setting timelines and driving completion of planning on time.
The Project Manager, Marketing & Digital position oversees time tracking for Marketing and Digital and reports on overall and individual productivity.
The Project Manager, Marketing & Digital assists the VP, Corporate Communications and SVP, Marketing in managing overall operations and flow of the department.
The Manager, Wireless eCommerce, which is a part of our Marketing & Digital department, is focused on developing, executing, and evaluating digital strategies across multiple channels for the wireless line of business and helping drive digital transformation by leading a cross-functional team that identifies, quantifies, and deploys improvements to C Spire’s digital experiences that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
