The role of the Applications Support Specialist is to provide technical leadership and remote support to deliver excellent service to various C Spire. Three or more years of progressively technical experience is highly desired. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, highly customer focused, patient, an effective communicator, self-initiating, has a positive attitude, and can prioritize and execute tasks without micro-management. The role will involve providing leadership and technical direction to junior staff, while also solving some of the more advanced technical problems for our customers.
