Client Service Engineers are team players that can administer and troubleshoot all aspects of a client’s IT environment from server operating systems, networking, hypervisors, etc. We are currently seeking a team player with extensive Networking experience with the desire to grow and learn other areas. They will be responsible for maintaining primarily customer infrastructure including but not limited to routers, firewalls, switches, VPNs, load balancing systems, and enterprise wireless. Expected to be able to do the following: Provide network diagrams, incident resolution and problem determination, document methodologies, thorough knowledge of network management, execute hardware and software installations, performance tuning and recovery. Expected to develop and maintain skills in data center design standards, communications technology best practices and security processes.
The Systems Administrator Tier 1 role provides remote and occasional onsite technical support to various C Spire Business customers in their market and throughout the Southeast. Some technical experience is necessary, but no advanced training is expected. More importantly, this should be an individual who is eager to learn, highly customer focused, patient, an effective communicator, self-initiating, has a positive attitude, and is able to prioritize and execute tasks without micro-management. The role will involve basic desktop and systems administration support.
The Technical Project Manager drives the completion of high-priority, complex, and large-scale initiatives, within the IP Core Network and Network teams which often require considerable resources and differing levels of functional integration, while maintaining quality standards. Requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate with diverse project team members and stakeholders across the organization, and is experienced in project planning and execution including: scope definition and management, task and resource scheduling, cost and price budgeting, quality review and assurance, change management, risk/issue management, supports contract negotiations as needed, and manages project stakeholders and team members throughout the full project lifecycle.
The Dedicated Onsite IT Specialist role provides dedicated remote and onsite technical support to the dedicated customer and their locations. The role will involve basic desktop and systems administration support.

This position will lead teams of Sr. Managers, Managers, Architects, and Engineers that maintain and enhance highly complex enterprise-wide sales/service channel solutions to support the achievement of company objectives and the delivery of exceptional user experiences. Responsible for all aspects of infrastructure development and operations. including planning, design, development, implementation, and ongoing support. Plan, organize, schedule, and control the work of staff under his/her direction.
The position is accountable for delivering end-to-end technology solutions, in line with strategic business objectives and priorities and provides technical insight, oversight, strategic context, direction and leadership to the teams involved. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills, hands-on technical capabilities, and a knack for effectively managing technology to meet business goals.
The Managed Services Engineer IV is responsible for engineering and support related to the products and services within the Managed Services portfolio. This includes duties of provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of daily technical operations. This position works closely with engineers from other service teams to ensure critical systems such as monitoring, alerting, and security services are working correctly within customer and C Spire Business technology environments.
In addition, this role provides automation and architectural integration guidance for platforms within our datacenter operations. Operational knowledge of public cloud automation, scripting platforms, and API integration/development are required.
The Onsite Support Specialist role provides remote and occasional onsite technical support to various C Spire Business customers in their market and throughout the Southeast. Some advanced technical experience is necessary, but more importantly, this should be an individual who is eager to learn, highly customer focused, patient, an effective communicator, self-initiating, has a positive attitude, and is able to prioritize and execute tasks without micro-management. The role will involve desktop and systems administration support.
Note: This position may be fllled as a Onstie Support Specialist Level I or Level II based on experience.
The Information Security Analyst - Risk and Compliance performs a variety of complex administrative, technical, advisory, and project management work in the Office of Cyber Security ensuring overall systems security in our private and commercial cloud services. This role supports our governance, risk, and compliance efforts by:
- Performing security risk and compliance assessments in accordance with relevant industry frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF) and compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 1/2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.), third party security reviews, contract reviews, processing security exception requests, and working with control owners to understand, prioritize, and address security risks impacting C Spire.
- Tracking, reporting and providing dashboard visibility on risk based, SOC, and PCI remediation initiatives.
- Analyzing potential risk scenarios and facilitating corrective action plans to ensure controls effectiveness for mitigating exposure to identified risks.
- Communicating security compliance issues and control gaps through security governance and audit control processes.
- Recommending and monitoring information security and IT security controls for systems and data across the enterprise.
- Participating in the development and maintenance of audit and remediation plans for critical environments, applications, and systems.

The Help Desk Specialist role provides proactive and remote technical response to various alert events for C Spire Business customers throughout the Southeast. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, highly customer focused, patient, an effective communicator, self-initiating, has a positive attitude, and is able to prioritize and execute tasks without micro-management. The role will involve responding to and remediation of issues that are brought to our attention by the alerting system deployed to our customers.
