Responsible for abstracting, filing, updating, and reporting on lease records for the Company’s lease portfolio including inputting leases into a centralized database, communicating with respective business owners and landlords, and ensuring all related documents are scanned and properly indexed.

The Digital and Ecommerrce Manager, Business will develop, coordinate, prioritize and deploy initiatives to improve overall digital results. Must create “Easy to Do Business With” strategies, tactics, and operational efforts that advance our digital platforms. This position is also responsible for working and leading initiatives with multiple cross-functional departments to increase the performance and results for all digital platforms.

  Job will consist of but not be limited to running underground drops via machines or in some cases hand digging when required from vault to customers residence. 

Responsibilities within the financial reporting process include performing month-end close procedures, financial statement preparation and analysis, reconciliation of accounts, external audit coordination and GAAP implementations and research.

The Digital Analytics Manager is responsible for working across our Marketing department to ensure team members have access to accurate data, consistent reporting, and dashboarding and visualization tools, allowing them to self-serve their data needs. This position manages our web and mobile analytics platforms, leading the implementation of our analytics tracking, partnering with our ecommerce and digital experience teams to proactively analyze performance metrics, and identifying and creating new target audience segments to reach with sales and marketing campaigns. This position also manages our digital usability testing program. This position, which is part of our Marketing department, requires robust analytical, organizational, and communications skills, as well as a strong ownership mentality.

The Director, Compensation Strategy will lead all of C Spire’s compensation initiatives, including the design, development, and implementation of company-wide compensation strategy. The role will monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and recommend changes consistent with compensation trends in our industry and markets. The Director, Compensation Strategy will work with HR leadership and our matrix leadership team to understand strategic business objectives, assessing the success of current incentives and programs, proposing new incentive designs, securing final decisions and approvals, and communicating new incentives to business leaders, sales operations, and employees.
