The Coach, Home Services is responsible for working directly with customers, Tier 1 Home Services Advocates, and/or field dispatch team to resolve customer impacting issues.  This may include issues that are not Tier 2 will quickly be diagnosed and transposed into the appropriate tickets and/or call hand-off to Tier 3 Support if necessary.
