In this position, you’llperform a variety of technical work in the development of new software applications including analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting as well as support of current applications and systems.
The HRIS Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR system interfaces. They will function as the technical subject matter expert for HR applications such as Kronos, Workday and others. As the SME for HR systems, they will work closely with IT and other teams on projects and serve as a technical representative for the HR Department. This position supports system upgrades, patches, testing, and other projects as assigned.

Responsibilities within the financial reporting process include performing month-end close procedures, financial statement preparation and analysis, reconciliation of accounts, external audit coordination and GAAP implementations and research.
As a Business Intelligence Administrator at C Spire, you will support the development of cutting edge data warehouse and data pipeline solutions. You will be developing data pipelines, managing the data warehouse infrastructure (including access, grants, database upgrades, etc.), assisting in data mining and modeling for the data warehouse. You will support our various customers by providing reliable, scalable, and performant data pipelines to ensure timely data delivery for reporting, dashboarding, and insights. You will utilize SQL skills to write and assist others to gather the needed information from the data warehouse. In addition, this position requires the candidate to provide upper-tier functions including troubleshooting, performance tuning, upgrades and systems management in production and test environments.

The Director, Compensation Strategy will lead all of C Spire’s compensation initiatives, including the design, development, and implementation of company-wide compensation strategy. The role will monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and recommend changes consistent with compensation trends in our industry and markets. The Director, Compensation Strategy will work with HR leadership and our matrix leadership team to understand strategic business objectives, assessing the success of current incentives and programs, proposing new incentive designs, securing final decisions and approvals, and communicating new incentives to business leaders, sales operations, and employees.
The C Spire Staff Accountant applies the principles of accounting to record financial transactions, reconcile account balances, and analyze financial transactions. Creates and interprets financial statements and reports. Communicates key operational and financial results.

The IP Services Infrastructure team is responsible for supporting C Spire’s networks for Mobility and Managed WAN, its associated infrastructure, and dependent systems. The Network Engineer II-IV designs, configures, and supports network solutions in a Service Provider environment, providing cellular wireless, residential, and business services to a variety of customers. The Network Engineer II-IV provides technical guidance and assistance to network engineers and administrators and participates in an on-call rotation. Candidate may be required to travel onsite to any of our multiple offices for 1-2 weeks per quarter for projects, equipment installation, team meetings, etc.

- Mobile Applications – this team develops and manages our mobile apps that help thousands of customers manage their accounts and get access to healthcare. These iOS and Android applications are developed using native languages such as Swift, Java, Kotlin, and Objective-C.
- Middleware & Backend System Applications – these teams develop and maintain core software that runs the C Spire business. Development is in Java and Scala, implemented as memory-resident microservices handling billions of API calls per year.
- Data Engineering (database operations) – this team designs and maintains the Oracle and SQL Server database systems that house application data. This team also designs and maintains the data warehouse and big data environments for business reporting and analytics. (Managing the data lifecycle from conception to consumption).
