The Network Engineer, Broadband role will work closely with the Broadband Network Operations colleagues, and other departments. Potential candidates should reflect a basic understanding of IP technologies, Layer 2 and Layer 3 transport PON and CMTS technologies.

This role supports our governance, risk, and compliance efforts by performing cyber security control reviews or security audits and performing technical security assessments (e.g., vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and application testing).
Primary responsibilities will be to perform fact based financial analyses on all aspects of the company that are timely, accurate and clearly presented to management for review.

We are looking for a competent Help Desk Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on phone services, video, internet, and security systems for both residential and business clients. You will answer queries via phone and email on basic technical issues and offer solutions. The Dedicated Onsite Specialist role provides onsite technical support to a specific C Spire Business customer that has existing service/support agreements. Some advanced technical experience is necessary, but more importantly, this should be an individual who is eager to learn, highly customer focused, patient, an effective communicator, self-initiating, has a positive attitude, and is able to prioritize and execute tasks without micro-management.
