The Services Engineer, Subscriber PCRF support all aspects of the environment (hardware, OS, application) and provides system administration, operational support, problem resolution, hardware and software installations and upgrades as required.

Cyber Security Analysts perform a variety of complex administrative, technical, advisory, and project management work in the Office of Cyber Security ensuring overall systems security in our private and commercial cloud services. They design and implement security controls to protect C Spire assets from cyber-attacks. They also help develop organization wide best practices for cyber security, monitor for security issues, and document security issues identified. This role supports our governance, risk, and compliance efforts by performing cyber security control reviews or security audits and performing technical security assessments (e.g., vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and application testing).

Primary responsibilities will be to perform fact based financial analyses on all aspects of the company that are timely, accurate and clearly presented to management for review.

The Dedicated Onsite Specialist role provides onsite technical support to a specific C Spire Business customer that has existing service/support agreements. Some advanced technical experience is necessary, but more importantly, this should be an individual who is eager to learn, highly customer focused, patient, an effective communicator, self-initiating, has a positive attitude, and is able to prioritize and execute tasks without micro-management. The role will involve desktop and systems administration support.

The Business Development Director for Memphis (TN) is responsible for devising and implementing a growth strategy in collaboration with the sales team, aimed at expanding market share and wallet share within the C Spire business footprint. This role is focused on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within the business sector, ensuring strategic positioning, and fostering long-term relationships. In this role, you will perform a variety of technical work in the development of new service-oriented applications including analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting as well as support of current applications and systems. 

Field sales position responsible for acquiring new residential customers within an assigned geographic area. You will visit potential customers at their primary residence and review their current home and wireless services and preferences with the intent to convert them to C Spire services or upgrade their existing C Spire services.   This position is highly transactional with high communication demands and averages 5-6 home visits per day by appointment.  In addition, high volume door to door campaigning may be required from time to time. RAEs receive leads for a specific geographic area, sometimes down to the street level; however, RAEs are expected to be able to prospect on their own and generate leads for themselves through various tactics as well.  After securing the customers decision for a service RAEs are responsible for order placement through web applications or outbound calls at customer premise to the central call office. You will be trained to help sell all C Spire services including but not limited to home and wireless services.

Responsible for physically and systemically processing of all warehouse orders to ensure timely fulfillment according to need by date. Must use computer systems internal and/or external to execute appropriate inventory transactions. Communications, problem solving, teamwork, housekeeping and safety are all key areas of this position.

The Software Application Tester is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure system specifications are functioning as intended. This position will be involved in making sure that the functional and technical requirements of software changes are followed and implemented as expected. This role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and adjusting any testing environment needs and will be responsible for making sure that work is ready for production ahead of each Release.

The HRIS Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR system interfaces. They will function as the technical subject matter expert for HR applications such as Kronos, Workday and others. As the SME for HR systems, they will work closely with IT and other teams on projects and serve as a technical representative for the HR Department.
