The position of Junior Customer Experience Analyst PT is a part-time position responsible for completing analytical research, identifying opportunities, and making recommendations on improving existing and building new customer journeys and experiences. The Services Engineer, Subscriber PCRF support all aspects of the environment (hardware, OS, application) and provides system administration, operational support, problem resolution, hardware and software installations and upgrades as required.
Cyber Security Analysts perform a variety of complex administrative, technical, advisory, and project management work in the Office of Cyber Security ensuring overall systems security in our private and commercial cloud services. They design and implement security controls to protect C Spire assets from cyber-attacks. They also help develop organization wide best practices for cyber security, monitor for security issues, and document security issues identified.
This role supports our governance, risk, and compliance efforts by performing cyber security control reviews or security audits and performing technical security assessments (e.g., vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and application testing).

We are looking for a competent Help Desk Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on phone services, video, internet, and security systems for both residential and business clients. You will answer queries via phone and email on basic technical issues and offer solutions. An excellent Help Desk Technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult situations. The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business. Customer care is our priority.
The Dedicated Onsite Specialist role provides onsite technical support to a specific C Spire Business customer that has existing service/support agreements. Some advanced technical experience is necessary, but more importantly, this should be an individual who is eager to learn, highly customer focused, patient, an effective communicator, self-initiating, has a positive attitude, and is able to prioritize and execute tasks without micro-management. The role will involve desktop and systems administration support.
