The Manager, Customer Experience Engineering will directly manage a team of Support Specialists

Schedule, supervise, and direct the installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of various types of telecommunications equipment and circuits.  Assist in training subordinate personnel. Interface with central office (CO) personnel, contractors, and various internal workgroups to include but not limited to facilities, construction, and RAN engineering.
