The Discovery Administrator – ServiceNow Platform will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of ServiceNow Discovery. The individual is ultimately accountable for the configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow Discovery processes and infrastructure. In addition, this individual will work with a variety of departments throughout the organization representing the center of excellence of the ServiceNow Platform team. C Spire Home is a consumer field organization responsible for driving sales by securing marketing contracts with owners and developers of apartment, condo, and single-family homes within the C Spire service footprint. These partnerships enable us to market and grow strategic consumer products and services in these communities. C Spire's Home line-of-business is currently looking to fill an Account Manager, MDU (Multi-dwelling Unit) sales position. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth of C Spire’s strategic consumer products (Video, Internet, Voice) at specific locations where C Spire has contractual marketing relationships. This position requires strong sales and relationship building skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.

The Software Application Tester is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure system specifications are functioning as intended. This position will be involved in making sure that the functional and technical requirements of software changes are followed and implemented as expected. This role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and adjusting any testing environment needs and will be responsible for making sure that work is ready for production ahead of each Release.    

Field sales position responsible for acquiring new residential customers within an assigned geographic area. You will visit potential customers at their primary residence and review their current home and wireless services and preferences with the intent to convert them to C Spire services or upgrade their existing C Spire services.   This position is highly transactional with high communication demands and averages 5-6 home visits per day by appointment.  In addition, high volume door to door campaigning may be required from time to time. RAEs receive leads for a specific geographic area, sometimes down to the street level; however, RAEs are expected to be able to prospect on their own and generate leads for themselves through various tactics as well.  After securing the customers decision for a service RAEs are responsible for order placement through web applications or outbound calls at customer premise to the central call office. You will be trained to help sell all C Spire services including but not limited to home and wireless services.

The UX Developer will work in a cross-functional and highly collaborative team of developers, UX designers and marketing team members to design modern user experiences across C Spire’s multiple digital platforms. Candidates must be knowledgeable of experience design with a strong background in graphic design and web design. Must be able to implement industry best practices for both web design and front-end web development. Should be comfortable solving UI/UX design challenges for large scale and small scale responsive web-based projects and marketing campaigns in a fast pace environment. Experience with enterprise eCommerce solutions a plus.   This position is available as an UX Developer I, UX Developer II, or UX Developer III; depending on experience.

*This role can be filled as either a Corporate Trainer I, Corporate Trainer II, or Senior Corporate Trainer*   The Corporate Trainer I is responsible for design, development and delivery of Corporate Training for designated business areas and corporate initiatives, as directed. As a Corporate Trainer I, you will be responsible for the review and update of existing training courses and will own orientation training for new Team Members.  The ideal candidate is passionate about training, possesses exceptional communication and presentation skills, and can design effective instructional materials.   The Corporate Trainer II will be responsible for development and delivery of quality, consistent, training align with corporate business needs and strategy. The incumbent will work with entry level trainers to develop their knowledge and skills in facilitation and instructional design. This position is ideal for candidates with at least two years of corporate training experience, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a strong instructional design background.   The Senior Corporate Trainer will take on a leadership role in our corporate training department, playing a key part in shaping the development and excellence of our teams.  This position is tailored for experienced professionals with four or more years of corporate training experience, exceptional communication and presentation skills, a proven track record in instructional design, and a strong commitment to mentorship and leadership.

The CSB Process Analyst will assess IT related business requirements and give evidence-based suggestions to support process changes and automation in CSB’s existing and upcoming systems and applications. They will be a liaison between management teams and IT engineers to monitor company performance, map processes, and discover and resolve internal system inefficiencies.   This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and effective communication to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in IT processes.
