Overview

Responsible for exhibiting a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results for C Spire Wireless LOB.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee consumer wireless sales to ensure that all goals and objectives are met with integrity.
  • Track and manage sales & revenue, productivity, customer experience, acquisition & retention, employee retention, employee development, audit compliance, brand compliance.
  • Create innovative sales tactics/solutions, cross channel optimization through simplification, standardization, and automation, etc. while driving accountability at all levels.
  • Responsible for compliance with all company policies & procedures as well as protecting company assets.

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of Senior Management level experience required.
    • Documented success managing multiple site Retail locations simultaneously while achieving Sales, Revenue, Customer Experience and Expense goals required.
    • At least 5 years telecommunication or Technology experience required.
    • Excellent written and oral communications required.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, be able to work some evenings and Saturdays. Overnight travel required.
