The Media Manager will create and deliver a best-in-class marketing experience for our customers, both externally and internally.  This position is also responsible for developing our media strategy across digital and traditional media channels. This role leads the development and execution of paid media plans to support marketing campaigns across all of C Spire’s lines of business. This high-impact position manages relationships with our agency and vendor partners, as well as collaborates with our internal Content & Creative, Digital Marketing & Analytics, and line of business marketing teams.


  • Planning, developing, and executing paid media and organic social media campaigns to drive audience awareness of, engagement with, and conversion to C Spire’s lines of business
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices on paid media strategies, delivering innovative opportunities and solutions to drive revenue growth, across both digital and mass media
  • Manage day-to-day paid media operations, including campaign creation, budgets, media flowcharts, in-marketing calendars, and QA of campaign structure.
  • Develop forecasts and projections for media spend, ROI, and media attribution.
  • Optimize paid media campaigns, including creative/content opportunities, audience targeting, and other campaign elements.
  • Ensure paid media and organic social media programs are consistent with C Spire brand standards and in-line with industry best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement of media programs, including developing test and learn plans
  • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders – including Sales, Content & Creative, Marketing Strategy, Digital, PR, Research, and Analytics and agency/vendor partners – to prioritize and execute media campaigns


    • Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline required.
    • 10+ years direct experience in advertising, media, interactive or online marketing experience, project management and/or relevant work experience required.
    • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Advertising Cloud, Google Ads Manager, or other media platforms is required.
    • Must be a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Successful candidates will have a mix of strategy, analytics, project management, and budget management.
    • Additional skills including strong written, verbal and organization skills; excellent planning and execution, with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen. Some travel required.
