    1. Participate in inter and intra departmental projects to ensure communications are consistent along all channels.
    2. Serve as subject matter expert on all projects impacting Home Services.
    3. Responsible for monitoring and identifying methods to improve customer flow in the organization using data analysis, process documentation and observation.
    4. Drive the testing for defect fixes and system functionality to ensure implementation is accurate.
    5. Responsible for enhancing sales operations by driving projects within Home Services.
    6. Responsible for authoring Project Charters and ROIs for Home Services projects.
    7. Establish and perform routine reviews of Knowledge Base documentation to ensure all content is current. Develop and distribute internal communications, as well as instructional and informational copy on policies and procedures.
    8. Responsible for authoring Scope Documents for reporting.
    9. In conjunction with Marketing and Supply Chain, responsible for Sales Promotion implementation and communication to the field.
    10. Perform additional duties as assigned.


    • At least two years previous business experience required.
    • At least one year of previous company operations or management experience required.
    • Must have the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and projects to completion.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
    • Must have a demonstrated ability to build and foster cross-functional relations.
    • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.

    Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen. Some travel required.
