Supervisor, Warehouse Operations

As the Supervisor, Warehouse Operations, you will oversee all inventory warehousing and movement at our warehouses. You will be responsible for maintaining safety, inventory accuracy, and systemic records across multiple business units. This leadership role plays a critical part in ensuring our supply chain runs efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with company standards. 

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results. 

• Manage the overall safety and security of all activity in and around the facility
• Maintain inventory levels and accuracy through timely completion of all required cycle counts.
• Manage a complete warehouse layout scheme that includes barcoding and bin locations both physically and in Oracle.
• Oversee internal movement of all goods supporting multiple business units served by the warehouse.
• Facilitate changes to inventory movement and ensure timely processing/recording of all transfers shipped and received in Oracle.
• Ensure all business entities follow inventory movement procedures to guarantee quality shipping and receiving.
• Draft and maintain accurate process documentation for each functional area of the warehouse operations.
• Maintain the condition and appearance of the warehouse and grounds in line with company standards.
• Ensure all deliveries and shipments are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

In addition to that, we require: 

• Formal forklift training and certification.
• Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have: 

• A minimum of three years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Previous warehouse/inventory order processing experience.
• Warehouse Management System (Oracle) experience.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Must be able to physically move throughout the warehouse including standing, walking, bending, and lifting as required. Must be able to use computers and related systems for extended periods. Some travel or extended hours may be required based on operational needs.
