As a Technician, Retail Repair, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-store support by diagnosing, triaging, and repairing wireless and Apple devices—both for customers and internal use. Your efforts in ensuring quality repairs, recommending solutions, and improving customer satisfaction will be a key factor in delivering our promise of operational excellence.
In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

Must be able to lift 40lbs, bend, stoop, and crawl. Must have finger/wrist/arm mobility and finger dexterity. Schedule may include some evenings and Saturdays. This position will require travel (estimated 20%) to other stores in the local area as needed based on a schedule.
