As a Senior Product Manager, Connectivity Services, you’ll take the lead on defining and managing our suite of connectivity products—including Fiber, Ethernet, Business-class Internet, and related services. Your work will directly impact the growth, profitability, and strategic positioning of C Spire’s business offerings across all sales channels. You’ll develop solutions that exceed customer expectations while strengthening the C Spire brand as a must-have business provider.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

In this highly strategic role, you will own the lifecycle of key connectivity products and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative, revenue-generating business solutions.

  • Develop and manage Fiber, Ethernet, Business-class Internet, and related products from the customer’s perspective, driving adoption and revenue.

  • Cultivate and evaluate vendor partnerships and work with current suppliers to evolve the portfolio.

  • Serve as the lead for product design, development, launch, and feature evolution.

  • Act as Product Evangelist: lead training sessions and promote products internally and externally.

  • Create product definitions, white papers, and business cases to communicate value and gain buy-in across the company.

  • Model and evaluate offerings with financial tools—assessing NPV, margins, and costs to guide data-driven decisions.

  • Partner with marketing, engineering, sales, operations, and support teams to meet strategic goals.

  • Understand and apply technologies commonly used by business customers for networking, connectivity, and security.

  • Position C Spire as a business solution leader by delivering high-value, best-in-class connectivity products.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

You’ll bring a sharp, analytical mindset, a passion for business technology, and the leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams toward innovation and excellence.

In addition to that, we require:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline—or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of five years of product development/management experience for business or consumer connectivity/networking solutions.

  • Innovative, detail-oriented problem-solver who proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.

  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead without direct authority.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting across all levels.

  • Proven ability to build financial analyses to support product strategy and decisions.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Co-Pilot.

  • Passion for technology, customer experience, and business product excellence.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:

  • Experience in Fiber networks, Internet services, and access/networking hardware solutions.

  • Able and willing to work onsite from our office in Birmingham, AL.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Must be able to sit for long periods and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a screen. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional nights and weekends. Travel to the Corporate Office in Ridgeland, MS is required a few times per year.
