The Digital Marketing Specialist will create and deliver a best-in-class experience for customers, both externally and internally, across our digital marketing channels. This position is responsible for managing C Spire’s paid and organic digital marketing, as well as email marketing and marketing automation programs. This position also has responsibility for analyzing and optimizing campaign performance to accelerate customer engagement and revenue growth. This position requires strong communications, organizational, and analytical skills.
Develop and execute digital marketing and messaging strategies across C Spire’s businesses
· Build, optimize, and measure performance of digital media, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns to drive revenue and customer engagement
· Manage C Spire’s search engine optimization (SEO) programs, including local SEO strategies, keyword research, and on-site best practices
· Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders – including web and UX/UI, social media, creative, analytics, and agency partners – to prioritize and execute marketing programs
· Create and manage project plans for digital marketing programs as needed
· Ensure digital marketing programs are consistent with C Spire brand standards and in-line with industry best practices
· Administrate and manage digital marketing automation, email marketing, and social media management platforms
1. Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline required.
2. A minimum of three years direct experience in marketing, advertising, interactive or online marketing experience, project management and/or relevant work experience required.
3. Content marketing and content creation experience required
4. Experience with Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Khoros or other social media management platforms
5. Experience with digital marketing analytics, including Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
6. Search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword research experience a plus
7. Experience working with digital asset management platforms and web content management systems, including Adobe Experience Manager
8. Must be a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
9. Additional skills including strong written, verbal and organization skills; excellent planning and execution, with attention to detail; strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen. Some travel required.
