C Spire is seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Commercial Sales team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can effectively develop new sales opportunities and leads, open new doors, and create opportunities over the phone using ConnectAndSell, and other tools, in combination with Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing with a propensity for developing and closing new business over the phone. The position will work hand-in-hand with our inside sales team and will be adept at building relationships with all field account managers.
This is a position with growth potential based on results, comprehension, and team contribution. The ideal candidate will develop into an outside sales representative.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen, as well as a telephone. Must be able to work a flexible schedule shared by other department members including some evenings and weekends.
