Work in the software development department in Applications Development, Billing Operations to provide and maintain highly specialized information technology solutions. In this position, you’ll perform a variety of technical work in the development of new software applications including analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting as well as support of current applications and systems.

Job Specific Responsibilities:
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER I, BILLING OPERATIONS
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER II, BILLING OPERATIONS
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER III, BILLING OPERATIONS
Candidate must have a Baccalaureate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in software development.
• Extensive knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the software development field is required.
• Extensive software development experience and ability to effectively troubleshoot system problems are required.
• Extensive development experience in Java, Python, Perl, KSH, XML and SQL expected. UNIX and Windows operating system experience required.
• Ability to work independently as a lead in research and development with minimum supervision.
• Ability to grasp structured concepts in order to provide design documentation and recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to sit for long periods and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule shared by other department members.
