The Senior Manager, Subscriber Services will provide expertise and leadership to manage operations of the company’s subscriber data services. This position will deliver best-in-class network performance, availability and resource utilization, including all aspects of repair, upgrades, and maintenance of existing/future networks. In addition, the Sr. Manager, Subscriber Services, will be responsible for implementing changes to simplify existing architecture, call flow, and signaling while increasing operational functionality.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Schedule may include after hours, weekends and holidays depending on appointment schedules. Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen. Must have experience with Microsoft Office programs, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
