Overview

As a Manager, CSB Project Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of Implementation Success Managers to achieve goals for our customers with a focus on superior customer service and timely delivery. You will hold team members accountable for their performance and drive results through effective leadership and guidance. Your role will involve working with the Senior Manager in creating and implementing a clear team vision to align efforts towards overarching objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure team overall project quality exceeds customer’s expectations, team stays within budget, and implementation timelines are adhered to.
  • Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources for all implementation projects.
  • Work with Senior Manager to Create and manage reporting documentation for deployment projects.
  • Ensure best practices for project plans are being used and revised as needed to exceed customer expectations.
  • Effectively manage cross-functional resources to ensure timely completion of teams’ projects.
  • Ensure effective lines of communication are in place between your team, customers, and other cross functional teams involved in service implementation.
  • Work with Senior Manager to implement tracking and alert policies to effectively escalate project issues when schedule adherence may be impacted.
  • Ensure team’s project documents are complete, current, and properly maintained.
  • Continually seek opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED
    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent years of professional experience in the telecommunications or service provider industry required.
    • At least 2 years’ experience required (5+ years strongly preferred), with project coordination, program/project management, resource management, and service implementation.
    • At least 2 years of proven and effective leadership / management experience required.
    • Working knowledge of best practices related to service delivery and implementation required.
    • Experience coordinating teams, vendors and other service providers required.
    • Must be organized, detail oriented, have good communication skills and enjoy a team environment.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Candidate must be proficient, professional, and able to make sound business decisions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen.
