As a Manager, CSB Project Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of Implementation Success Managers to achieve goals for our customers with a focus on superior customer service and timely delivery. You will hold team members accountable for their performance and drive results through effective leadership and guidance. Your role will involve working with the Senior Manager in creating and implementing a clear team vision to align efforts towards overarching objectives.
