The Implementation Engineer, Communications will be responsible for working as a member of the C Spire Business Implementation team to deliver managed service solutions for our clients through the lifecycle of the implementation project. This position will focus on the engineering and deployment related to the Managed Services products and services portfolio. These responsibilities include but not limited to design evaluation, technical project plan creation, equipment/service provisioning and configuration, documentation, troubleshooting, and technical operations. The engineer will embrace technical challenges with creativity and must have an ability to act as a trusted advisor to our customers via both phone and written communication.
