The CSB Process Analyst will assess IT related business requirements and give evidence-based suggestions to support process changes and automation in CSB’s existing and upcoming systems and applications. They will be a liaison between management teams and IT engineers to monitor company performance, map processes, and discover and resolve internal system inefficiencies.   This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and effective communication to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in IT processes.

Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new processes.
  • Review existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with various teams to test processes and ensure functionality and user acceptance.
  • Responsible for ensuring that documentation on process improvements and changes is updated and maintained.
  • Detect trends and patterns in processes.
  • Coach and mentor others in process improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous process improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of Information Technology experience required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT service management processes required.
  • Good working knowledge of IT service management tools required.
  • Must have good analytical & innovation skills to study the current state of processes and reporting, perform gap analysis and recommend improvements.
  • Intermediate understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes required.
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.


  • Proven experience in transforming manual processes into automated workflows across multiple systems preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
  • Experience in Salesforce and Netcracker preferred.
