Overview

The Digital Analytics Manager is responsible for working across our Marketing department to ensure team members have access to accurate data, consistent reporting, and dashboarding and visualization tools, allowing them to self-serve their data needs. This position manages our web and mobile analytics platforms, leading the implementation of our analytics tracking, partnering with our ecommerce and digital experience teams to proactively analyze performance metrics, and identifying and creating new target audience segments to reach with sales and marketing campaigns. This position also manages our digital usability testing program. This position, which is part of our Marketing department, requires robust analytical, organizational, and communications skills, as well as a strong ownership mentality.

  • Ensure new digital experiences are launched with analytics tracking and reporting in place.
  • Partner with digital development teams to implement analytics tagging.
  • Support creation of new audience segments for on-site and off-site digital marketing programs.
  • Present key findings and marketing deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee administration of Adobe Analytics platform, Adobe Target on-site multivariate testing platform, and Adobe Audience Manager data management platform (DMP) for business users.
  • Manage large amounts of data across all of C Spire’s lines of business and drive continuous improvement to streamline existing manual data processes
  • Support Marketing & Digital management team to gather requirements and data to develop marketing dashboards and provide reporting and analysis
  • Design, build, launch digital usability tests. Analyze and communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  1. Four-year degree in business, IT, marketing or other major in related discipline
  2. 3+ years of work experience in web and mobile data analysis preferred
  3. Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, as well as with tag management platforms, such as Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager
  4. Experience with DMP or CDP platforms, such as Adobe Audience Manager or Adobe Customer Data Platform preferred
  5. Experience with usability testing platform, such as UserTesting.com, preferred
  6. Experience with SQL preferred
  7. Experience with data visualization utilizing Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Tableau preferred
  8. Must be a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  9. Strong communication and organization skills; excellent planning and execution with attention to detail; strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen. Some travel required.
