The Digital Analytics Manager is responsible for working across our Marketing department to ensure team members have access to accurate data, consistent reporting, and dashboarding and visualization tools, allowing them to self-serve their data needs. This position manages our web and mobile analytics platforms, leading the implementation of our analytics tracking, partnering with our ecommerce and digital experience teams to proactively analyze performance metrics, and identifying and creating new target audience segments to reach with sales and marketing campaigns. This position also manages our digital usability testing program. This position, which is part of our Marketing department, requires robust analytical, organizational, and communications skills, as well as a strong ownership mentality.
