As a Sales Solutions Advocate, you will work alongside a team in a focused environment managing inbound calls from current and potential customers to provide tailored technology solutions and deliver "Customer Inspired" experiences. You’ll play a vital role in meeting monthly sales goals, understanding each customer's unique needs, and identifying and addressing diverse technology needs for a seamless customer experience.

This position is responsible for direct written customer engagement through our digital website and other digital platforms. Responsible for ensuring all sales experiences are focused around being “easy to do business with” and driving a differentiated digital experience and providing feedback on web/app usability or opportunity areas. Responsible for up-selling and cross-selling between our diversified products and lines of business and driving awareness of products and services.

Responsible for physically and systemically processing of all warehouse orders to ensure timely fulfillment according to need by date. Must use computer systems internal and/or external to execute appropriate inventory transactions. *This role can be filled as a I, II, III, or Sr Implementations Success Manager depending on applicable skills and experience*   Facilitate Sales orders with all departments within C Spire Business (CSB) and C Spire. Coordinate the orders from start to finish. Communicate, coordinate and update documentation with internal C Spire departments and our customers. Assist Sales, Sales Engineering/Solutions Engineering and Service Delivery with facilitating best design for customers when necessary.
